SCHOOL PHOTO ORDERING & FAQ GUIDE
I’m so glad you’re here! This page is designed to walk you through the process of viewing and ordering your child’s school photos. Everything you need to know—from logging in, to ordering prints and digitals, to delivery timelines—is right here.

HOW TO VIEW MY CHILD'S PHOTOS
Via Email
If your school provided your email address, you’ll receive a message directly from me with a secure link to your gallery.
Via Paper Access Code
On picture day, your child will come home with a sheet that includes all the details and an access code for their personal gallery. Have multiple children? You’ll get a code for each child’s gallery (and sometimes sibling, parent, or graduation galleries too). Enter as many codes as you’d like and view everything in one place.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN YOUR GALLERY

Each child will have at least 2–3 images.

Every child is different—some love the camera and have more variety, while others are more reserved.

You’ll be able to preview all images before placing an order. Just click on the “A La Carte” tab to view proofs.

All images are unretouched. Optional light touch-ups (like blemish removal or flyaway hair fixes) can be added at checkout for a small fee.
ORDERING OPTIONS
All orders are placed directly through your secure gallery. You can choose from:
1. Packages (Best Value!)
Packages are designed for savings and may vary slightly by school. Options may include:

Ultimate Package – The everything bundle: all digitals for your family + a full set of prints and magnets.

Deluxe Package – Best value for one child: all digitals for one access code + a mix of prints and magnets.

Standard Package – A balanced mix of prints plus one digital image.

Basic Package – Just the classics: a small set of prints.

Digitals Only – Flexible options: single downloads, full galleries, or family-wide bundles.
2. À La Carte Prints, Products, & Digitals
Prefer to pick and choose? Order your favorites individually as prints, magnets, ornaments, or digital downloads.
3. Mix & Match
Combine packages and à la carte items to create exactly what you need.

Please note: This is an example gallery from a preschool and pricing and photo backgrounds may differ for your individual school. While black-and-white versions of images are not always automatically included, I am happy to add them by request. Just send me an email.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Free School Delivery:
Place your order by the deadline listed in your gallery and your prints, magnets, and gifts will be delivered to your school about 2–3 weeks later.
Shipping To Your Home:
Want your prints sooner or miss the school delivery deadline, you can always choose to ship your order directly to your home (shipping fees apply).
Digital Files:
Delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. (Check spam/junk if you don’t see them!)
FAQS & TROUBLESHOOTING
Do I have to pre-order?
No! You’ll see your child’s photos first and then decide what you’d like to order.
What should I do if I can’t log in?
The easiest way to access your child's photos is through the link you will receive in your email.
If you want to use your access codes instead and are having issues, try a different browser or device, double-check spelling of the access code, and if you’re still stuck, email me at liv@livrothfuss.com.
What if I have multiple children?
You’ll get an access code for each gallery. When entering your access codes, be sure to enter all at once in order to see all your photos together when you log in. Or if you click on the link sent to you via email, you should automatically see all of your children together.
What if I do not see all of my children listed when I enter my gallery?
Please reach out with your children's full first and last names so I can make sure they are correctly linked to your email address.
Can I share access with grandparents and others?
Definitely! The easiest way to do so is to forward them the email with your access link. If you are having trouble, please reach out and I will share your unique access URL to share.
How do I fix image cropping?
Images will automatically crop to fit your print or product's aspect ratio. They will automatically center the crop, however this may not always be the preferred position. You can adjust the crop by selecting "edit" when during the image selection process.
What if I don’t get my digital files?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there within 24 hours, send me an email and I’ll resend.
Can I reorder prints later?
Yes! Galleries stay live for a limited time (check your gallery for the expiration date). After the gallery closes, orders can no longer be placed, so make sure to order everything you’d like before then.
Do you delete my child's photos after galleries expire?
No, I keep a backup of all images for 365 days, so you can always reach out if you regret not purchasing your child's photos.
Can I order a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! You can ship prints or gifts directly to a friend or family member—just select the shipping option at checkout.
What if my child isn’t smiling or looks awkward?
No worries! I capture multiple images so you’ll have options. I never force a smile—my goal is natural, authentic portraits that show your child as they are.
Why aren’t digital files included in every package?
Some packages focus on prints only to offer lower price points. Digital files can always be added a la carte so you can choose what works best for your family.
Can I share my child’s photos on social media?
Yes! You can share any digital files you purchase. If you’d like me to feature your child on my website or social media, please complete the School Photo Release Form.
