My Story
Almost everyone calls me Liv, short for Elizabeth. I was raised on a farm in rural northwest New Jersey, surrounded by a family of artists. I guess you can say creativity runs in my veins. My interest in photography sparked during high school when I borrowed my grandfather's film camera. But I truly fell in love with it when I enrolled in a film photography class during my sophomore year of college. I immediately decided to add it as a second major within my fine arts degree and have been hooked on capturing moments through my lens ever since.
After graduation, I shifted my career focus in other directions, but I kept my passion for photography alive by taking on occasional requests to photograph weddings and families. When my oldest daughter was born in 2019, I became more serious about creating a dream business that would allow me to follow my passion while spending more time with my family. With the arrival of my second daughter, I finally took the leap and left my former career behind to pursue it full time.
So much of my creative drive stems from my own family experiences – the longing to remember every little detail and a visual narrative of "us". I'm committed to capturing your growing family with that same depth of nostalgia and emotion, crafting timeless memories that will hold a special place in your hearts for years to come. My background in fine art and training significantly influences how I approach my work, fueling my dedication to providing authentic representations of life.
